SMS som hanteras av systemet får olika status så att du som kund enkelt ska kunna kontrollera att dina SMS levereras eller om något gått fel, exempelvis att numret inte existerar eller om mottagaren använder ett abonnemang som inte stöder SMS. I listorna nedan kan du hitta samtliga statuskoder i som ett SMS kan få.
Statuskoder i Nya Web SMS, Capacity SMS och One Survey
Koderna i vårt system är uppdelade efter 4 olika grupper:

Levererad
SMS:et har med all sannolikhet gått fram och mottagarens operatör har svarat att mobilen har mottagit SMS:et.
Skickad
SMS:et har lämnat våra system men vi har ännu inte fått någon leveransbekräftelse från mottagaren.
Fel
Vi har fått tillbaka ett svar från mottagarens mobiloperatören att något gick är fel på utskicket.
