Information for respondents to a survey

Surveys are administered by survey creators. The survey responses are owned and processed by the survey creator. We administer the surveys and collect the responses you submit to the survey creator.

If you have questions about a survey you are taking, you should contact the survey creator directly, as iP.1 is not responsible for the content of the survey or your responses to it. The survey creator is usually the same person who invited you to complete it, and sometimes they have their own privacy policy.

Are your answers anonymous? This depends on how the survey creator has configured the survey. Contact them to find out. We do not sell your answers to any third party.

Information for those who have created and distributed one or more surveys via our services

Your survey data is owned by you. In addition, iP.1 treats your surveys as if they were private (unless you have made the surveys available via a public link). We do not sell them to anyone.

We protect respondents' SMS numbers and email addresses. To make it easier for you to invite people to complete your surveys via SMS and email, you can upload lists of SMS numbers and email addresses, in which case iP.1 acts only as a custodian of this information.

We do not sell these SMS numbers and email addresses and we only use them as you instruct us, and in accordance with this policy. The same applies to any SMS numbers and email addresses collected through your surveys.
