Limited Access to Legacy Services from October 29th, 2025


What do I need to do before October 29th, 2025?

To ensure your SMS account continues to function as usual after October 28th, 2025, you need to take the following actions:

If you use the Web SMS service:

Option 1: Start using the new version of Web SMS
Log in using the same username and password at https://messages.ip1.net or by visiting https://ip1sms.com/en/ , clicking "Log in," and then selecting “New Web SMS.”

Please note:You can no longer manually enable support for sending SMS through the older services because the deadline has passed. Please contact support if you need assistance. We cannot guarantee the operation or security of these services after October 29, 2025.

Web Support: Everything you need to know about the new Web SMS

If you use a third-party integration, such as HRM, Besched, Ritz, eCompanion, Flex/Kontek HRM, Salon Booking or Sensor Online

Contact support at support@ip1.se or call us at 010-160 60 60 and select button option 1, and we will help you find out what applies to your particular account.

If you use the Survey SMS service (formerly Analys SMS):

Option 1: Start using the One Survey service
Log in using the same username and password at https://onesurvey.ip1.net or by visiting https://ip1sms.com/en/ clicking "Log in," and then selecting “One Survey.”

NoteOne Survey requires a subscription. If you already have a subscription for Survey SMS/Analytics SMS, support@ip1.se Once logged in, you’ll gain access to instructional videos explaining how the new service works via a welcome message. You can always access the welcome message by clicking the small star icon in the top right corner.

If you use the SOAP/HTTPS SMS Gateway:

If you use the RESTful SMS API V1:

Option 2: Switch from Basic Authentication to Bearer Authentication
