How do I remove a user from my SMS account?

As an administrator, you cannot completely remove an individual user. This is because users may have access to multiple accounts, which means the user must delete their own user profile from the system.

However, you can revoke a user's account access which means the user no longer has access to your account.

How do I revoke a user's access?

  1. Sign in to the user portal
  2. Go to ”Accounts”
  3. Click on ”Permissions” in the main menu of the account view
  4. Click on ”Users with access” in the submenu
  5. Then click on the green icon in the ”Access level” column”
  6. Then click on ”Revoke access”
