How do I collect contacts via recipient number?

An easy way to collect contacts is to use our Save function for incoming SMS. This means that a person who wants to receive SMS from your account can send an SMS to a virtual mobile number linked to your account and thus be registered as a contact under a specific label.

What do I do?

  1. Make sure you have a recipient number linked to your account. You can buy this directly in the webshop, or by contacting our support department.
  2. Send an SMS with the text Save First name Last name Label name to your recipient number.
  3. The sender's number has now been saved in your contact book with the specified information. If the label does not already exist, the contact system will create a new one automatically.
