iP.1 evaluates Skaraborgsdagen live with the help of Survey SMS
In January 2017, over 300 decision-makers from Skaraborg's fifteen municipalities gathered for Skaraborgsdagen in Vara concert hall to discuss future issues, with a series of well-known speakers. Skaraborg's municipal association was the host, while Next Skövde were the organizers.
Before the event, an SMS Survey was sent out to all invitee, using Survey SMS, to map expectations for the day, with a response rate of a whopping 70 percent.
During the day, all participants could send questions to the presenters in real time via a virtual SMS number - an effective way to create a lively dialogue without clutter when many people are participating. Directly after the event, another Analysis SMS was sent out to get opinions on the planning of future meetings.
