With a growing user base and safety-critical environments, the need to
quickly and effectively communicate alarm events and system status - without
staff necessarily needed to be physically present at the system platform<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution was a seamless integration with IP1's SMS service. Through the IP.1 SMS Gateway, Svasystem can now send clear and direct alarm notifications via SMS - including snapshots and information in plain text. This feature is particularly useful for fire alarms, where every second can make a difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
