How do I remove a user from my SMS account?<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

As an administrator, you cannot completely remove an individual user. This is because users may have access to multiple accounts, which means the user must delete their own user profile from the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, you can revoke a user's account access<\/strong> which means the user no longer has access to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I revoke a user's access?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Sign in to the user portal<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to \u201dAccounts\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on \u201dPermissions\u201d in the main menu of the account view<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on \u201dUsers with access\u201d in the submenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then click on the green icon in the \u201dAccess level\u201d column\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Then click on \u201dRevoke access\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
