Labels exist solely as a property of contacts, which means you cannot rename or edit the label itself. Therefore, you need to create a new label for your contacts and potentially remove the old one if you want to make changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Move contacts from one label and create a new one<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on \"Manage labels\" above the label list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select the labels you want to manage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on \"Move contacts\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Name your new label in the \"Label name\" field. If you want to create several new ones, separate the label names with a comma (,).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. If you want to remove the old label from your contacts, check the box for \"Remove old labels from contacts.\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on \"Move contacs\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
