What do I need to do before October 29th, 2025?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To ensure your SMS account continues to function as usual after October 28th, 2025, you need to take the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you use the Web SMS service:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Option 1:<\/strong> Start using the new version of Web SMS
Log in using the same username and password at https:\/\/messages.ip1.net<\/a> or by visiting https:\/\/ip1sms.com\/en\/<\/a> , clicking \"Log in,\" and then selecting \u201cNew Web SMS.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 2:<\/strong> Enable support for legacy services (if necessary)
If you absolutely need to continue using one of the legacy services, you must manually enable this in the user portal under \u201cAccounts\u201d \u2192 \"Access control\" \u2192 \u201cLegacy APIs & Services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note:<\/strong>We cannot guarantee operation or security for these services after October 29th, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you use a third-party integration, such as HRM, Besched, Ritz, eCompanion, Flex\/Kontek HRM, Salon Booking or Sensor Online<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Contact support at support@ip1.se<\/a> or call us at 010-160 60 60 and select button option 1, and we will help you find out what applies to your particular account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you use the Survey SMS service (formerly Analys SMS):<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Option 1:<\/strong> Start using the One Survey service
Log in using the same username and password at https:\/\/onesurvey.ip1.net<\/a> or by visiting https:\/\/ip1sms.com\/en\/<\/a> clicking \"Log in,\" and then selecting \u201cOne Survey.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>One Survey requires a subscription.\nIf you already have a subscription for Survey SMS\/Analytics SMS, support@ip1.se<\/a> Once logged in, you\u2019ll gain access to instructional videos explaining how the new service works via a welcome message. You can always access the welcome message by clicking the small star icon in the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 2:<\/strong> Enable support for legacy services (if necessary)
If you absolutely need to continue using one of the legacy services, you must manually enable this in the user portal under \u201cAccounts\u201d \u2192 \"Access control\" \u2192 \u201cLegacy APIs & Services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 2:<\/strong> Enable support for legacy services (if necessary)
If you absolutely need to continue using one of the legacy services, you must manually enable this in the user portal under \u201cAccounts\u201d \u2192 \"Access control\" \u2192 \u201cLegacy APIs & Services.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 2:<\/strong> Switch from Basic Authentication to Bearer Authentication
You can read more about how to change the authentication method in the documentation for the latest API under \u201cAuthentication\". You\u2019ll also find an example of an authentication header in the code example for sending SMS in the latest API docs: <\/a>https:\/\/ip1sms.com\/en\/developer\/introduction<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 3: <\/strong>Enable support for legacy services (if necessary)
